The group stages are the heart of the tournament, bringing together the best teams from all four categories - Men's & Women's Open, Men's Over 35, and Men's Over 50 - in a vibrant and competitive atmosphere. Throughout the day, matches will be played simultaneously on two pitches, ensuring maximum action and excitement. Each team will play against every other team in their group once, with a total of six matches per group.
To keep everyone refreshed and energised, each team will have a dedicated break between all their games, providing ample time for rest, rehydration, and strategising. This schedule ensures fairness, high-quality play, and a fun, engaging experience for players and supporters alike.
